I was born in Stubbington (formerly Kay Hindhaugh) and have lived in the village all of my life.
I am self employed and engaged in the preparation of management accounts, both corporate and individual.
Since 2004 to date I have been an elected member of Fareham Borough Council representing formerly Stubbington and latterly Hill Head. During that time I have been appointed as an Executive member of the council and Chairman of various committees.
I was privileged to serve the borough as Mayoress of Fareham in 2001/2002.
I am a founding member and treasurer of the Crofton Youth Project, a charity which supports the local youth club which is attended by young people from Hill Head and Stubbington. For a number of years I have also supported Stubbington Fayre as a committee member, I am a trustee of the Randal Cremer Trust and Chairman of Trustees of the Hammond Memorial Hall Trust.
As a councillor I have enjoyed supporting and helping local residents to maintain the safe village community in which we all live and work.
